Hot Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped pickle
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    4 strips bacon
    2 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Boil potatoes and dice.
    Place in bowl with celery, onion, pickle and chopped hard-boiled eggs.
    Fry bacon; drain.
    In bacon drippings, add vinegar, sugar and eggs.
    Cook over low heat until thickened.
    Pour over potatoes while hot.
    Garnish with crumbled bacon.
