Pasta With Spicy Black Bean Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, coarsely chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (15 oz.) can black beans, rinsed and drained
    1 (16 oz.) can undrained stewed tomatoes, coarsely chopped
    1/2 c. picante sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    1 tsp. crushed dried oregano
    4 c. hot, cooked macaroni shells or rotini
    14 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1 egg
    1 lb. hamburger, browned and drained
    2 c. spaghetti sauce (regular size jar)
    2 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Temporarily empty the cooked spaghetti in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Melt margarine in the same saucepan in which you cooked the spaghetti.
    Cool slightly; stir in the egg.
    Pour spaghetti back in saucepan and mix well.
    Arrange cooked spaghetti over bottom of the 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Crumble browned hamburger over spaghetti; top with sauce and then sprinkle cheese over all.
