Chili Con Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped finely
    1 (8 oz.) can peeled tomatoes, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    dash of garlic powder
Preparation
    Melt cheese in double boiler.
    Add evaporated milk.
    In a skillet brown meat with onion.
    Add tomatoes, chilies and garlic. When cheese is completely melted, add meat mixture.
    Serve with Doritos.
    Top with sliced jalapeno peppers (if your tongue can take it).
