Latkes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 eggs
    flour
    1/2 c. oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Grate potatoes.
    Put in center of a clean dish towel and squeeze out excess water.
    Mix potatoes with the onion, salt and pepper.
    Add eggs and enough flour to absorb the extra moisture. Heat oil in skillet until it is very hot.
    Drop batter by soup spoonfuls and fry until brown.
    Remove to a platt
