Lemon Cake Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 egg yolks
    juice and rind of 1 lemon
    1 c. milk
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, butter, lemon and egg yolks.
    Add milk and whites of eggs (beaten stiff).
    Bake in uncooked pie shell at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
