Swiss Cheese Fondue(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    2 c. dry white wine or apple juice
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    4 c. (1 lb.) grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Mix together cornstarch, wine, water and seasoning until smooth.
    Microwave on High (100%) for 4 to 6 minutes or until thickened.
    Stir occasionally.
    Stir in cheese until melted.
    If not completely melted, microwave on High (100%) for 1 to 2 minutes or until melted.
    Serve hot with French bread cubes.
    Recipe yields about 3 cups.
