Seafood Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. flounder
    1 lb. shrimp
    1 lb. scallops
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1 medium red pepper, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. great garlic*
    1 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute
    vegetables, shrimp and scallops in olive oil and seasonings.
    Set
    aside.
    Broil
    flounder
    until
    flaky.
    Lay vegetables
    and seafood mixture on top of flounder and broil a few more minutes.
