Creamy Chocolate Cupcakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3/4 c. water
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
Add eggs, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla; mix well.
Pour into 18 greased or paper-lined muffin cups.
