Pork Chops And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops, trimmed of fat
    3/4 c. rice
    1 tomato, sliced
    1 bell pepper, sliced
    1 onion, sliced
    1 can beef bouillon
Preparation
    Put raw rice in bottom of casserole.
    Brown pork chops and place on top of rice.
    Arrange one slice tomato, onion and bell pepper on each pork chop.
    Pour bouillon over all and add salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
