Crunchy Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. minced onion
2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 c. chow mein noodles
1/2 c. toasted, chopped almonds
Preparation

Cook peas and drain.
Mix all ingredients except noodles. Chill 1 hour or more.
Toss with noodles just before serving. Serves 4.
