Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen broccoli, cut up
2 sticks butter
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese
Ritz cheese crackers
Preparation

Thaw broccoli 2 to 3 hours.
Put in buttered dish. Melt 1 stick butter and Velveeta cheese.
Pour mixture over broccoli. Add a layer of shredded cheese.
Melt 1 stick butter and add approximately 30 to 35 crumbled Ritz cheese crackers.
Pour on top of broccoli and cheese.
Add another layer of shredded cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
