Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. squash, raw
    1 tsp. soda
    3 c. flour
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Blend squash in blender.
    If large, remove seeds and pulp. Mix eggs, oil, sugar, vanilla and squash.
    Add rest of ingredients.
    Pour in 2 loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
