Deviled Beef Toss - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head romaine lettuce, torn in pieces
    1/2 medium head iceberg lettuce, torn in pieces
    2 c. cooked roast beef strips
    1 c. cherry tomatoes
    1/2 onion, sliced and separated into rings
    1 (2 oz.) can anchovy fillets
Preparation
    In large salad bowl, toss together romaine and iceberg lettuce.
    Arrange beef strips, halved and whole cherry tomatoes, onion rings and anchovies on greens.
    Serve with Mustard-Horseradish Dressing (to follow).
