Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch carrots, sliced
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    dash of Tabasco
    diced onion to taste
Preparation
    Boil carrots (sliced) until just tender.
    Melt butter; add Velveeta, Tabasco and onion; stir until cheese melts.
    Add butter cheese mix to drained carrots.
    Place in buttered casserole. Cover with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly about 20 minutes.
