Christmas Limas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen lima beans
    1/2 c. chopped pimento
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. water
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Thaw lima beans until they will break apart.
    Place them in a greased casserole.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Add pimento; dot with butter.
    Add water.
    Cover; bake at 425\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
