Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. vinegar (white)
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onion
    1/4 c. grated carrot
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimento (undrained)
Preparation
    Combine sugar, oil and vinegar in large bowl and stir well. Add all remaining ingredients.
    Stir to coat all vegetables. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
    Serve with slotted spoon. Keeps well.
