Cucumbers With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    1 scant Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1/4 c. chopped fresh dill
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    2 long slender cucumbers
    1 small onion, same diameter as the cucumber
Preparation
    In a medium bowl, combine the sour cream, sugar, vinegar, dill, pepper, salt and celery seed; blend.
    Pare the cucumbers and slice as thin as possible.
    Clean the onion, but slice it by hand, a bit thicker than the cucumbers.
    Add the vegetables to the sour cream mixture and toss lightly.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours so the cucumbers can absorb the dressing.
