Pineapple Carrot Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. lemon jello
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 small can crushed or cubed pineapple
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. nuts
    1 c. grated carrots
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water.
    Put vinegar in cup; add pineapple juice and water to make 1 cup liquid.
    Add to jello. Add the rest of ingredients.
