Parsley Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. thinly sliced onion
    2 to 3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1/2 c. minced green pepper
    1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
    2 c. chicken broth
    salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Saute onion in hot oil in large skillet until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
