Broccoli-Rice-Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 stick margarine
    1 medium onion, minced
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli or 1 bunch fresh steamed, drained
    2 1/4 c. boiling water
    4 to 5 beef bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Saute onion in margarine.
    Add garlic.
    Dissolve bouillon in water.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Bake, covered, for 45 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Stir mixture occasionally.
