Chili And Rice Skillet - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. ground meat (beef or game)
1/3 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 (10 oz.) can corn
1 c. green pepper
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/2 c. water
1 c. Minute rice
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Brown meat and onion in a skillet.
Add spices, corn, green pepper, tomato sauce and water.
Cover and bring to a full boil, stirring occasionally.
Stir in rice; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese.
