Hummus(Greek Appetizer) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

20 oz. canned garbanzo beans (leave half the liquid in)
1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
4 Tbsp. olive oil (extra virgin)
1 Tbsp. sesame oil
5 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Place all ingredients in food processor with steel knife attachment.
Process until smooth.
Taste for seasoning.
Spoon into bowl.
Serve with \"Akmak\" crackers.
