Hot Pork Dish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 lb. boneless pork, cut into bite size pieces
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped sweet red/green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) pkg. medium egg noodles, cooked and drained
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 (16 1/2 oz.) can cream-style corn
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. saltine crumbs
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation

In a skillet, heat oil; cook pork, celery, red/green pepper and onion until the meat is browned and vegetables are tender.
In a large bowl, combine pork mixture, noodles, soups, corn, milk, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Turn into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Combine crumbs and butter; sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until heated through. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
