Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
4 eggs
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1/2 c. onions, chopped
3/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
grits for 6
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Crumble sausage and brown.
Place on paper towel to drain. Beat eggs, salt, pepper and evaporated milk together.
Cook grits according to package directions.
Leave thinner than normal. Layer grits, sausage, onions, cheese and eggs in casserole dish. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until eggs are set.
Makes 6 servings.
