Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sea legs (mixture of snow crabmeat, pollock and turbot)
1 lb. shrimp
1 lb. scallops
1 1/2 sticks butter
2 Tbsp. fresh or frozen lemon juice
paprika
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Melt 1 stick of butter and when cool, add lemon juice and set aside.
Mix all seafood together carefully.
Add butter/lemon mixture and mix again.
Place in a shallow baking dish, such as Pyrex or 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
Add about 1/4 to 1/2 cup water and sprinkle a little paprika on top.
Cut the remaining 1/2 stick of butter into small pieces on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 30 to 45 minutes, stirring periodically in a basting fashion, so you can keep the meat in large pieces.
