Broccoli Cheese Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 1/2 c. milk
    3/4 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 (10 oz.) chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Cook onion in margarine until tender in 2-quart pan or bigger. Add remaining ingredients. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted and mixture is hot.
    Other veggies can be added, if desired.
