Sausage Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 small onion
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 pkg. pizza dough (dry mix)
Preparation

Brown sausage and onion until done.
Beat egg and milk together.
Make pizza dough as directed on package.
Flatten dough and brush 3/4 of the egg and milk over it.
Spread sausage over dough.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese.
Roll dough and sausage into a roll.
Bake for 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
