Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 c. plus 1 tsp. cocoa
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
1 c. water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix well.
Add next 3 ingredients; stir until smooth.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool completely; spread with Chocolate Frosting.
