Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. cake flour
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vinegar
1 (5/8 oz.) red food coloring
Preparation

Combine cake flour and baking soda.
Set aside.
In another bowl blend sugar, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, vinegar and food coloring.
Slowly stir in cake flour.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes (makes 3 layers).
Don't forget to grease and flour three 8-inch cake pans.
