Salmon Burgers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can Alaskan salmon
    3/4 c. uncooked quick oats
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    2 Tbsp. minced, fresh parsley
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Combine salmon, oats, onion, egg, parsley, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
    Mix well.
    Shape mixture into 4 patties.
    Pan-fry on both sides in hot oil until golden brown.
    Serve in buns with lettuce and tomatoes.
    Serves 4.
