Rice And Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. raw carrots, sliced
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    3 c. hot water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain fat. Combine beef with uncooked rice, mushroom soup, carrots, onion, celery, water and soy sauce. Place in a large well-greased casserole dish. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours. Stir once when casserole is half done.
