French-Fried Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen French-fried potatoes
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    1/2 c. sliced radishes
    1/2 c. diced celery
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
    1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 Tbsp. vinegar

Preparation
    Pour the water into large saucepan.
    Bring to full, rolling boil.
    Carefully drop frozen potatoes into water.
    Remove from heat immediately; cover and let stand 4 to 5 minutes.
    Drain potatoes at once.
    Spread on paper toweling.
    Cut up any large pieces.
    Sprinkle potatoes with the salt; cool.
