Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. blueberries
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. water
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix sugar and cornstarch.
    Slowly add water and lemon juice and bring to a boil with 1 cup blueberries.
    Cook until mixture thickens.
    Pour hot mixture over remaining 3 cups berries (uncooked).
    Pour into a 9-inch baked pie shell.
    May be served with whipped cream.
