Coffee Glazed Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 to 6 lb. spareribs, cut in serving pieces
    1 c. strong coffee
    1/4 c. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    few drops Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. light molasses
    1/2 c. cider vinegar
Preparation
    Arrange ribs one layer deep on bed of sauerkraut.
    Heat and stir other ingredients until blended and pour over ribs.
    Bake, uncovered, in 350\u00b0
    oven for 2 1/2 hours.
    Baste frequently. Makes 8 servings.
