Blueberry Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
    2/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. shortening
    1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. fresh blueberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease and flour 8-inch square pan. Blend together, with mixer, first 9 ingredients on low speed 1 minute, then 2 1/2 minutes on high.
    Combine 1 1/2 tablespoons flour, 1 tablespoon sugar and blueberries and gently fold into cake batter.
    Spread in pan.
    Bake 45 minutes.
