Chicken Spaghetti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 chickens
1 c. onions
1 c. bell pepper
1 c. celery
1 stick margarine
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water chestnuts
1 large can mushrooms
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
7 oz. spaghetti
Preparation

Boil chickens and save broth; take chicken off bones and chop into small pieces.
Saute onions, bell peppers and celery in margarine.
Add soups, chopped water chestnuts and chopped mushrooms.
Add grated Velveeta cheese.
Boil spaghetti in reserved chicken broth.
Drain spaghetti and combine with sauce and chicken.
Put into 2 casseroles.
If desired, slice olives and slivered almonds on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Freezes nicely.
