Moist 'N Crispy Onion Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 envelope dry onion soup
    3/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Place onion soup mix and bread crumbs in large plastic food bag and shake to blend.
    Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.
    Place chicken, one piece at a time, in the bag. Close tightly and shake until well coated.
    Place chicken on a rack in broiler pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.
    For more onion flavor, use 2 packages of onion soup and reduce bread crumbs to 1/3 cup.
