Mexican Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium yellow squash
    1 small onion
    1 c. 1/2-inch cubed Velveeta cheese
    1/2 small can chopped green chilies
    cracker crumbs (Ritz or regular saltines)
Preparation
    Boil squash and onion until tender.
    Drain well.
    Mix in cheese and green chilies.
    Pour into buttered baking dish.
    Cover with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
