Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 c. grated zucchini
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Beat the eggs, then add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Beat until thick, then add the rest of the ingredients.
Pour into loaf pan and bake at 450\u00b0 for 1 hour.
