Fresh Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples (not peeled)
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake in sheet cake pan for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
