Chili Egg Puff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1 lb. Jack cheese, shredded (Monterey)
1/2 c. butter or oleo
2 (4 oz.) cans green chilies
Preparation

Beat eggs until light and lemon colored.
Add flour, baking powder, salt, cottage cheese, Jack cheese and melted butter.
Blend until smooth.
Stir in chiles.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes, until top is brown and center firm.
Serves 4 people.
Breakfast or lunch.
