Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup sifted all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/3 cup packed brown sugar
    1 cup oats
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. oil or melted butter
    1/2 cup blueberries
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Stir in sugar and oats.
    Mix buttermilk, egg and oil.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
    Bake at 425 degrees for 18-20 minutes.
    (Apples or raisins can be substituted for blueberries.)
