Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash, cooked & drained
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 egg
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. cracker crumbs
    1/2 stick oleo
    salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook squash, drain & mash. Add all ingredients except oleo & cracker crumbs. Put into a 2 qt. casserole & top with crumbs & oleo. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
