Mexican Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 hen or large fryer, boiled and removed from bones
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can enchilada sauce
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 clove garlic
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 c. grated cheese
    1 large pkg. corn chips
Preparation
    Combine chicken, soup, sauce, garlic and onion in a bowl.
    Mix well. In a greased casserole, place a layer of corn chips and alternate with chicken mixture, cheese and broth.
    Have chips and cheese on top. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
