Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

1 1/3 c. Crisco oil
2 c. sugar
2 c. grated carrots
2 c. flour
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Combine oil and sugar; add grated carrots.
Add eggs and mix well; sift together flour and cinnamon and add to mixture.
Add vanilla and nuts and mix well.
Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
