Ann'S Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) frozen hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped onions (less if use c. of onion soup)
    1/4 c. melted oleo
    10 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can cream of onion soup (or chicken or mushroom)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Put in well-greased casserole. Top with bread or cracker crumbs.
    Add another 1/8 cup melted oleo. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Serves 8 to 10.
