Corn-Cheese Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (4 oz.) shredded medium Cheddar cheese
1 medium sized bell pepper, chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 tsp. salt
1 (17 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
(2 oz.) jar pimento, drained and chopped
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; mix well.
Pour into a greased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
