Mother'S Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
1 c. fresh pumpkin
3 Tbsp. flour
2 or 3 eggs
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shells.
Bake about 15 minutes and turn down to 350\u00b0 about 30 more minutes.
