Fred Harvey Cole Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            1 head cabbage, shredded
 
1 small onion, shredded
1/2 sweet pepper (optional)
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. vinegar
Preparation
- 
                            Pour over cabbage; do not stir.
 
Let set at least 4 hours. Toss and serve.
Keeps well.
