Sauce Diable(Great With Leftover Beef Or Pork) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) cans consomme
    3 green onions, chopped
    2 oz. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation
    Cook consomme until reduced to 1 cup.
    Melt butter and saute onions.
    Mix in flour, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco sauce, lemon juice and mustard.
    Mix in reduced consomme and heat through. Pour over meat* and garnish with green onions.
